On 12/24/2025, I, a family member experienced an interaction with a member of the nursing staff that was deeply concerning. The staff member refused to properly identify himself (only stating Jude and a nurse), communicated in an aggressive and dismissive manner, and made comments that were unprofessional and inappropriate in a healthcare setting. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, I was hung up on, which caused distress to us as the family members who were advocating for patient care. When concerns were raised, there appeared to be a lack of accountability and urgency from the facility. I have been a resident here for over 13 years. I love it here. I have my special friends. I have a lot of great friends. My top friends are Candice. At the front desk. The MDS Department. Tish,Krissy and Paul.I would recommend. Chateau Terrebonne to anyone looking for Nursing Home. I have a big happy Family over here.

Im a friend to a family whose mother is currently residing here and is on hospice. Please my suggestion would be to never put your family in this disgraceful place. They are rude, lazy, and can care less about your loved ones. They care more about how long their lashes are while having their faces stuck in their phones. As you walk the halls of this place, the filthier it gets. It is gross and dirty and smells horrible. The residents rome free at front desk while no one else is ever around to open the doors. When they do open the doors they have unnecessary attitudes because the doorbell has been rung multiple times before someone answers. Also, the patients belongings sometimes turn up missing. My grandfather was here in the 90s and it was literally the same back then.

I love here now. It is all of that and more! Yes we are treated like children! Yes I hear that often that not my job! Then send me someone that can do it! Their are the very few who do care do there job and try to improve the care but it bad ones that is only there for a check. I pray they hire More caring people! I could go to some other place I don't hear good things about the others either.
