Everyone was great and helpful. The checkin procedure was too much for me to handle. I’m sure it is for a lot. Of patients. Not everyone is savvy to the computer/cell phone.
3visits there so far and every provider was efficient and showed genuine care. The staff was compassionate , attentive, and made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!
The one star is for the nurse and N/P they both were informative and kind!!! I wish i could have given them five stars..Please change your name to Slow pace!!! People are coming in sick to sit there and wait for hours to be seen is diabolical.I see this is a main complaint hope you are doing something to fix the problem
Checked in at 11am...was told there was an hour wait. Had some errands to do...got a text at 3pm saying I was next in line. Got back to office then 2 more people went back before me. At 3:45 I walked out....it was going on 5 hours since I checked in! Just went and over the counter meds! They need to change the name to SLOW PACE HEATH!!
I am so impressed by the way they took care of my needs I suffer from an immune deficiency and they really took the time to make me feel like I was seen that doesn’t happen often. I got great care and my experience was fast and thorough I will go back I’m new to the area and it’s close by thank you so much for caring
