Our family of three been customers for about 40 years and never had one complaint. The prescriptions are always 100% accurate = not one problem.

First let me be clear that my complaint is not with Dr. Chasin. His exam was excellent and my prescription is accurate from my perspective. My complaint centers around the office / lab. I ordered the glasses I wanted and was told it would be about two weeks for the glasses to be ready. I understand we live in a Covid world and I was prepared to be patient. After around three weeks I figured I better call. Which I tried every day for another week and was disconnected while on hold , transferred to the lab where I heard a recording stating that the mailbox is full or the lab took my information and promised to call back and never did. I finally got somebody from the lab to call back after four weeks and she said there was a problem with the order. It just went ‘poof’. It wasn’t a problem

I have been going to this optometrist office for years. The staff is always professional and at the same time warm and caring. The optometrist is knowledgeable and takes time to answer all questions. The equipment is cleaned before use and is up to date in technology. If you are looking for a friendly community minded place for eye examination and choice of eyewear you could not find better.

My family has been patients there for over 40 years. We were friends with Dr. Chasin. I had eye surgery in Boston last month, and my eye pressure was elevated.. The Surgeon in Boston said I needed to keep a check on the pressure.I called The office and told them the issue (Dr.Chasin passed away suddenly in May) and was told they had to check with Dr. Guarente and would call me back.that was 9AM. At noon I called again,was told he was with patients but would call me as soon as he could. I called again nearing desperation as it was getting late, was told he was there until 6PM. HE NEVER TO THIS DAY CALLED ME.A friend referred me to Dr. Chema. Who took me in the next day.
