CHAS Latah Pharmacy

This pharmacy is full of unfriendly people who never remember who you are. They also do not have any sense of urgency when it comes to an Rx they can't fill or if there are issues with a refill. Quick story: I had 4 topical ointments prescribed by a teledoc for a rash that is covering half my body, and I had them send those scripts to Chas because I didn't know that they only filled scripts submitted by Chas doctors. The ONLY reason I figured that out is because I followed up with them as it had been over 24 hours since those scripts were submitted. They seemed to have no intention of calling me, or the issuing provider to let us know that they were unable to fill the scripts. The person I talked to on the phone was moderately helpful, but not pleasant and completely unapologetic. They

Staff are always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. I've used dozens of pharmacies and they are by far, the best I've ever dealt with.

Pharmacy staff frequently gives conflicting or incorrect information. Rarely has common medications on hand. No automated system for refills requiring you to physically present at the location for routine refills of long standing medications. Less wildly incompetent than a Walmart but faint praise.

Pretty reliable pharmacy and they are fast!!
