I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this dental office.. After waiting over six months for a routine dental cleaning, my appointment was cancelled by the office and rescheduled for another date more than six months later. When that appointment finally arrived, it was cancelled again because the hygienist was sick, and I was forced to wait another six months. By the time I was finally seen, the hygienist criticized me for not having had a cleaning in over a year and a half, completely ignoring the fact that these delays were caused by the office’s repeated cancellations. Our family has been going to Bearable Dentistry for quite a while, and they have been excellent hygienists and dentists. They work very well with children, especially during procedures that can be scary for kids (and grown ups). I am particularly grateful that I have never felt pressured to have any unnecessary work done. Even after moving to Pullman we continue to go here because we have well taken care of.

Awesome first visit. I had gone in for 2 crowns. I was pretty nervous ( for no reason)! Very friendly and caring. Dr. Sept was super gentle and explained everything very well. His Dental assistant is super sweet too. I went in this morning for my permanent crowns planning on being there for a while. When I walked in the door at home, my husband said “how come you’re home so early”? My appointment was only about 20 minutes and I was on my way home. Love my new teeth!!

I’ve been a patient of Bearable Dentistry for decades!!! The service has always been outstanding. A special shout-out to Karen, my hygienist, she’s amazingly thorough, kind, and friendly.

I have horrible dental anxiety and every staff member I have interacted with at Bearable has taken my concerns seriously by both comforting me and making accommodations accordingly. I imagine working on anxious patients makes their job more difficult, but they have never made me feel that way. I am genuinely looking forward to my next visit now!
