5 stars for availability. I was so excited to get great care and I was met with gaslighting. 2 stars for service. As a new patient, I was told I had multiple areas of concern, yet none were addressed during my visit. Instead, I was referred out and told I would need six additional appointments (milk my insurance), which is unrealistic as a working parent coordinating time off and childcare. (1) No respect for my time. I was also told I needed a prescription for an infection, but no pharmacy was requested and no prescription was sent. When I called to follow up, I was spoken to dismissively and made to feel as though the conversation with the doctor never occurred and I am delusional. (2) No respect for the patient. I’ve been going to this dentist for about 4 years now. Everything goes smoothly from the moment I enter the door to end of my appointment. The check-in process is simple and the waiting room has complimentary beverages both hot and cold. My dental hygienist is thorough, educated and treats me with respect at all times. The dentists there are very thorough and I trust their expertise when it comes to caring for my dental needs. I do hope that they’re around for a very long time

Dr Lopez and his staff are amazing! Attentive, kind and very informative. My hygienist was absolutely amazing! She was sure to take her time and inform me of everything she was doing. Highly recommend this office!

I visited this dental office after a disappointing experience at another practice. I must say, they have truly saved me. The dentist and hygienist worked seamlessly together to understand my concerns and provide the necessary treatments. I am confident that this will be my new go-to dental office.

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. I had an awful experience years ago that just ruined it for me. But last year it was time, and I am beyond grateful I found Charming Smiles of Ocoee! The staff is amazing. They are extremely gentle when cleaning my teeth as my mouth is very sensitive. Thank you staff for being amazing!
