By far the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. This coming from someone who takes medication that the big pharmacy chains seem to always have an issue with obtaining in inventory, having it ready on time, etc. I’ve been on regularly prescribed medication’s for well over 14 years so I have quite the experience with pharmacies. This group at Charlotte family pharmacy have made the process feel seamless. They’re always accommodating and helpful of your needs. A great attitude goes a long way, and they have it all the time! This place was recommended to me by a physician and I will drive any amount of time to continue working with these folks. Thank you Charlotte family pharmacy for making life feel easier than dealing with the big chain pharmacies.

I've seen a few other people share in their reviews about Dorian. He has helped me a number of times and always has a smile to offer. His employees are also super sweet and very helpful. I am so grateful that I found Charlotte Family Pharmacy. I live about 2 hours away from Charlotte Family Pharmacy. We can still have our prescriptions mailed safely to us through UPS, guaranteed delivery for the next day. Did I mention this is offered for FREE?!?! If you're looking for a new pharmacy that isn't a part of the big chain pharmaceutical industry but can still provide you with prescriptions and other over the counter medications, your search has ended!!!

Charlotte Family Pharmacy lives up to their name, they are warm and friendly and they definitely treat you like family! Dorian, Mary and Courtney are the best at what they do, they will go the extra mile to accommodate you and your needs! I love the delivery service as well, it comes in handy when I'm not feeling well, thanks guys!!!!

I just love, love, love the customer service. The whole entire Staff is great with professionalism, punctuality, performance, and is always done with a warm smile. I have been with the pharmacy for a couple of years. Dorian is the best. The staff is always friendly and professional. I was referred by my sister so glad to be apart of this family. I was a Walmart customer so I’m super happy to be with a smaller more personable group. Thanks Dorian and staff.
