I have never left a negative review before on anything, but I feel like I need to do so. My appointment was extraordinarily impersonal and rushed. Tracy was preparing for a procedure I did not understand before the consent form was even given to me. My (NEW PATIENT) appointment took under 10 mins, and none of the concerns I wanted to address were given treatment, because I believe I was scheduled incorrectly. Instead, I left with a new concern. I was prepared to let it go and move on from this horrible experience. Then, I was billed hundreds of dollars. It really feels like a treatment I didn’t need was pushed just to bill more codes. We have been seeing Mike Ashbury, PA, for several years and have always been very pleased with his knowledge and friendly personality. However, their medical practice has been bought out and we are not happy with their new billing policy. We are existing patients who have always paid our copay, and our well known insurance company has always paid 100% of all of the claims that they have submitted. However, we were given two options going forward on top of this. We would either have to register our credit card with a third party billing company. (which would mean that they would keep our credit card number on file indefinitely)or we could give them a cash deposit of $100.(which would mean that they would earn a large amount of interest over the years, if numerous people chose this opt

I saw Bess today. I was a new patient and I asked a question and she shrugged her shoulders at me and was no help. I was willing to over look this cause sometimes people have bad days. Then she prescribed me one medication. The only medication I'm allergic to that's on my forms i filled out, and her assistant asked about. Never coming back. I'm going to find a new dr.

Our experience was so much better than expected. Registration was easy. Everyone was personable, efficient and happy in their roles. This same work ethic was also exhibited by Dr. Paragus. She was thorough, not rushed and was willing to answer all of our questions. We were very satisfied and left smiling.

Great patient care every time. Helpful, friendly staff. Pleasant atmophere. I recently switched from Michael Asbury to Bess Paragus, saw her 12-17-25 for my second visit. I really like her a lot. She listens to patients. Kind. Smiles. Well trained. Knows her skin conditions and Rxs to treat them. I would encourage anyone to make an appt. to see her. Asbury has just gotten way too many patients, too long to wait for an appt., and wait time in office is long. With Bess Paragus, you can make an appt. In a reasonable amount of time. Little to no wait time in office. And her medical assistant is the most pleasant and encouraging ever!
