Five stars I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Porter and his entire team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Porter and his staff are incredibly understanding, take the time to listen, and clearly explain everything, which immediately puts you at ease. The front desk team was outstanding—friendly, organized, and so accommodating. They went out of their way to schedule my wife and me at the same time, which was greatly appreciated and shows how thoughtful and patient-focused this practice truly is. I came to Dr. Porter and his team very fearful about a year ago. They really helped make me feel comfortable. I have had Kirsten and Amber for cleanings- and they were very professional and have done a great job. I just finished Invisalign treatment and I’m very happy with the whole process. Dr. Porter helped guide me through the process and I feel really comfortable there and trust everything they recommend and do. The best dentist office in Charlotte. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Amber was very sweet, comforting and disarmed any stress I had, being as I was overdue for a cleaning.
