I did not have a good experience with Dr Campbell or the office itself. The office seemed to be disorganized and took a long time to do anything. It was also difficult to get through to the office by phone. I never met with Dr. Campbell only saw her once for 3 mins after my scope. It took way too long to get back in and see her for a follow up appointment. I actually didn’t see her, she sent a letter in the mail. I corresponded with her through the portal and told her I was not getting better. She told me to just keep doing what I was doing. After an ER visit and finding a new DR. The new Dr read her results of the scope and said I had ulcers of the duodenum. Started me on the correct treatment plan and hopefully after 3 months of misery, I’m on the right tract with the new Dr. I would no

This was my first visit with Dr. Campbell. She did not keep me waiting an exorbitant amount of time. She asked questions and actually listened to my answers. She had read my chart and was familiar with it so when I asked a question about a specific concern I had about a test she was able to explain it to me and definitely alleviated some of my concern. I was very impressed with that. I would highly recommend her to anyone I care about. So glad I am now her patient.

Dr. Campbell herself is amazing, but the front office staff was hit or miss and the billing department was awful. I was quoted a specific sum for the copay of my procedures, then when going to pay it the price had been doubled. The billing staff told me there was a mistake and the first sum was supposed to be a prepayment and I now still have to pay over DOUBLE what I had budgeted for. I would be very cautious when using her billing department, or avoid them entirely.

Dr. Campell is Top Notch in her clinical endeavor delivery of my treatment & her wonderful staff provided me with White Glove Service from door to door…I was grumpy & cranky as can be expected from not eating twenty four hours prior to my procedure & was up most of the previous night beforehand having to clear my internal personal plumbing with a “purging” gallon of lemon aide flavored gasoline, so I was not all that “Cheery, Bright Eyed & Bushy Tailed.” All that was handled with helpful light humor from both parties & the show went on like clockwork. Dr. Campbell is simply amazing. I was a nervous nelly before my procedure and she took all of the fears away!! So glad I found her. She's got the best bedside manner.
