Charlestown Urgent Care

I have been twice in the last two years and each time has been an amazing experience. Working in healthcare I’ve seen A LOT. The building is very well kept and sanitized. Handicap accessible, wheel chair or walker friendly (you would think this would be a given for a healthcare facility, but it often is not). All staff is very friendly, compassionate, and thorough. I went for myself with a cold that wasn’t going away, the doctor was excellent and thorough, chest X-rays completed and flu/covid test. I waited maybe five minutes which was the time to fill out the initial paperwork being a new patient. I left with a diagnosis of bronchitis and picked up my prescriptions on the way home. I went to Charlestown Urgent Care this past weekend, and the woman at the front desk was so kind and pleasant. All the staff from the nurses, doctor, and the gentleman who did the iv fluids for me were just so kind and honestly comforting. I really hope others utilize this wonderful urgent care office, it's really wonderful and convenient having one in town. :)

We brought our young son in trying to avoid hasbro and the winter colds there (recommended by his on call pediatrician to try to avoid and try a UC), all of the staff were so kind and patient with my son and us. They were so sweet and supportive to me (I was a mess and my mom anxiety was sky high). They took X-rays and even though we ended up going to hasbro, they called to let them know we were coming and gave us the imaging disk so he wouldn’t have to have another set taken there. We have been for many different reasons and each time has been such a pleasant experience. We have also never experienced high wait times and the environment is very clean and well kept. Handicap accessible, including the bathroom.

I went to Charlestown Urgent Care today and had an excellent experience. My 22-month-old was extremely sick and began vomiting in the waiting room, and the nurses immediately stepped in to help. They brought us straight back to a room and even completed the paperwork for me while I provided the information, which was such a relief in a stressful moment. The doctor was informative, compassionate, and genuinely seemed to care about my daughter’s health. I’m so grateful for the care we received and would absolutely return in an emergency without hesitation.

Amazing, quick fast, In-N-Out. I was sent here from the doctor at CVS. They knew it was the place to go.
