This was an exceptionally unprofessional experience. I arrived early for a scheduled appointment with Emily Williams. We had communicated directly earlier in the week to set up the appointment, so she had my contact information well in advance, and I had hers. Despite this, she did not show up due to an emergency on her end. When my appointment time passed with no sign of her, I had to reach out to her myself to find out what was happening. There had been no advance notice, no phone call, and no communication from her or the business prior to my arrival. To be called unprofessional, you’d have to be first considered professional. Not sure what business Emily is in, I can assure you that it’s not what’s advertised. Same as the last 1 star review. Random off line communications via text at all hours of day and night…then a 1 AM cancellation via text, just hours before your appointment. “I am so very sorry, I’m the only one able to work on you and there’s been a death in the family, I’m flying home now.” …it’s 1AM! You must be flying private jet, because CHS TSA closes at 9:30.
