Charleston Implant and Sedation Dentistry

My experience with Charleston Implant and Sedation Dentistry in Goose Creek was pleasant. The nurses were friendly and made me feel at ease for my wisdom teeth surgery. I followed the instructions the nurse gave me after my wisdom teeth procedure and I was able to heal with no issues. Dr. Gilreath was also friendly and informative during my first appointment visit. Also, I was refereed to them by the VA, and I highly recommend this dental clinic to veterans and others for their dental care.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Gilreath and the entire team at Charleston Implant and Sedation Dentistry. From my very first consultation to my most recent bone graft procedure, they’ve taken incredible care of me every step of the way. Sonya at the front desk is so helpful and welcoming, she truly treats you like family the moment you walk in. Jerica was also amazing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Gilreath has an excellent bedside manner and is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel confident in your care. Amazing job Great Atmosphere and staff. They provide all the info and some to any questions you have. They provide great advice and care towards their patients. I have 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Entire process was great. Give 10 stars out of 5. I HIGHLY suggest you to go by if you need any work done. Give them a call.

I came in to get all my wisdom teeth and 3 other teeth that were long overdue to get pulled. The staff were awesome! I have a terrible fear of getting dental work done. Dr. Gilreath was extremely understanding and explained everything in detail before the procedure and Sonya was very helpful with everything on the front end. The IV sedation worked like a charm; I didn’t have full general anesthesia where you’re put to sleep, but the sedation helped me feel extremely relaxed and I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure and I slept for the most part anyway since I was so relaxed lol. I’m barely even bruised up from yesterday and the pain is way more tolerable than the broken off teeth I had before! 11 out of 10 :)
