Dr. Vicente was absolutely wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything he was doing during my procedure. He played soft music, asked me to listen to his voice during the procedure to help me relax. He told me sever times that I was doing great. He was very friendly and caring. I have never had such a great experience with previous dentists. He was so professional and very attentive to my needs. I can’t say enough positive words regarding my experience. Also, Cassidy was so caring and professional. She also was so attentive. She was very comforting during my procedure. I was very anxious during my procedure, and, shaking nervously. Excellent experience! Had a crown fall out so I needed a dentist. Office staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. My dentist was amazing and did an exceptionally good job. Dr. Raymond Vicente was amazing. I’m usually terrified of going to the dentist. He played Bad Bunny while doing my filling. Coolest dentist ever. Also, the receptionists and assistants are amazing!
