Cannot keep track of my prescriptions. The doctor called in a year’s supply. They keep losing it and having to call again for a one month refill. Then I don’t even get the promised phone call when it’s ready for pickup. Happened again and again. The service has really declined from what it used to be. It’s convenient and I want to support a local business but you have to not lose my prescriptions.

I so wanted to like this pharmacy, but they are just unreliable and non-communicative. They've messed up pricing on prescriptions, have not reached out when there was a problem with a scrip sent to them, and will sometimes "forget" to call us when something is ready for pick up. Their hold system will also sometimes just end a call for no reason. Avoid them and go to a more reputable pharmacy Edit: I received a call from the owner after posting this review. I forget his name, but he was very polite and listened to me. Made no excuses or anything like that. Apologized for the issues we've faced, and said he understood why we're moving on from them. That call doesn't do anything to change the issues we faced, but it does indicate some caring and interest in customer feedback. I still cann

Always a great experience,, very knowledgeable and available pharmacists. Fun shopping and lunch counter / soda fountain yummies. I love seeing the grandparents in there with the kiddos, harkens to another time. The best is timely delivery of your scripts!

We placed an order this morning and within a matter of hours the prescription was in hand. Delivered to a Loyola University Maryland student. We are grateful to the whole staff but especially to Jordan who was so kind & patient in making the delivery. He took the extra time to find the building and make sure it was hand delivered to the correct office. Outstanding service, thank you Jordan!

This place is a time capsule out of the 1950s when it was a simpler time. I can't speak to the pharmacy, but the snowballs and lunch counter service are great. Feels like a small town pharmacy from long ago. Good people.
