Charles V Klucka, DO PA

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Klucka. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. I also had a very nice experience at the office, all of the staff were very accommodating, inviting, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me and was extremely patient answering all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable in helping me to understand what was going on and helping to develop a game plan on how to get better. I am so glad I was referred to their practice, I drove all the way from Marco Island to be a patient of theirs and I will continue to make the commute for my future visits without hesitation. Would highly recommend.

I love that office. The staff is very friendly. I have no problem with the office hours because they are painted on the door you walk in and out of ( most people don't notice). It's been the same hours for years. I am aware that this is a clinic that also does testing as well as giving shots. The office staff is very professional and something you don't find now a days.

This place is incredibly inconsistent with hours. I have to call before coming to ensure they’re open, as they randomly close. Even that isn’t secure I called at 9:38 this morning to confirm they will be open today (it’s an hour drive for me). Drove all the way there. At 10:38 I parked and sure enough, they’re closed. I used to come every 3 weeks for shots, they would send me out saying I overpayed and didn’t need to pay anything, then after 6 months said I had a hold on my account due to not paying bills. They blamed it on “new staff” when they’ve all worked there for months. No big deal, I paid the $600. The receptionist is very disorganized. Doctor and nurses are nice (for the most part).

Dr. Klucka is a caring and competent doctor. He took the time to review my history when I transferred to the area and to develop a care plan moving forward. His staff are all friendly and responsive. They have a safe office with covid protocols in place.

I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Klucka. Each time I walk in the staff is always so kind. The office is clean and Dr. Klucka is very thorough and eager to help you find what treatment will best work for you and your lifestyle. I couldn't ask for a better allergist. :)
