I spent six months of visits trying to have a pair of orthotics made for my shoes. Each visit was another promise of "next visit" to get them made. Next...the office worker that is an insurance "expert" could not navigate the process of having my Blue Cross cover the new inserts..it took me 10 minutes to verify through my plan that they are indeed covered. I even was on the call where Blue Cross was validating my coverage to the office. Still nothing. On top of all this is an ill tempered secretary being as unhelpful as possible.
