I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Stoner and his office. Unauthorized medical tests were conducted during my visit without my knowledge or consent. These tests were neither explained to me as necessary nor discussed beforehand. To make matters worse, I was billed for these tests, and my insurance was charged as well. When I called the office to address this issue, I was met with hostility and combative responses from the staff. Rather than offering to resolve the situation or provide clarity, they immediately threatened to send me to collections if I didn’t pay. This aggressive approach was unprofessional and only added to my frustration. Patients deserve clear communication and transparency, especially regarding their medical care and financial obligatio

He is a good doctor, but unfortunately he has chosen to have a service called “Think” answer all his calls and set his appointments. You can’t call his office directly so you spend a lot of time on hold waiting for this third party to answer. They are supposed to then contact his office and maybe they will get back to you. This was my experience when I tried to get my prescription for a rescue inhaler filled. I have asthma so it is kind of a big deal. It has taken me a week with numerous calls and I still haven’t had any luck. Of course, the service refuses to give you a number that you can use to contact him.

Saw Dr.Stoner for a physical one time and he was so nice and patient and discussed everything through. Highly recommended.
