This place is the most outdated backwards eyeglass place in the world it's been there since 1968 and nothing has changed the computers do nothing people use cardboard cards in an outdated filing system your glasses are never ready on time no one will call you. Upon entering the office you will be overwhelmed with the smell of raw sewage and mildew. The air inside the place is horrible and unsafe to breathe. How could an eye doctor have such an unhealthy building the EPA really should do an air test.

The office does look super outdated, it will be a complete game changer if they renovate the office. Dr. Neu is very nice and professional. Staffs there are friendly. Easy to make appointments and they actually have a good selection of branded glasses. Gucci, Burberry, Saint Laurent, Dior, Prada, D&G, Tom ford, Versace, Ray-ban and many more. I also went to cohen to see where offers a better deal and glasses selection, but I did not find something I like from Cohen. So I guess don’t judge the book by its cover? Haha

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Neu for many years and have always had the best experiences. He readily answers all questions and never rushes the appointments, taking whatever time is necessary so you are informed as to your vision status, as well as whether your choice of glasses may have a feature which could cause you problems. His staff is great and are extremely helpful. I like that the office feels cosy and is not a cold, plastic, clinical environment. We always leave feeling secure in the knowledge we've been well taken care of.

Dr. Neu and his staff are top tier. He takes great care and is thorough during his exams. No matter where I am in the world, he sends me a reminder and I am there. Love this place.
