Charles Flores M.D., Panda Pediatrics

The doctors are not bad but the customer service with front staff is terrible. I spoke to the doctor, but she just ignored it and continued to defend the nurse that lied when my daughter called with a concern about her asthma. I have been taking my daughter's there since the office opened but customer service has just gotten worse. Unfortunately we must move on.

Dr. Charles Flores is awesome! Very thorough so glad he's my son's doctor. Some doctors rush through physical exams but I know he genuinely is concerned and wants to see his patients healthy and happy! Couldn't be happier with the care he has given my 9 mth old since birth!

Great doctors but to make an appointment is ridiculous. Your kid has to be basically dying for them to see you. They only see children in the morning which is an Inconvenience to parents who work. They should change their name to just Day. The staff always seem to have an attitude when you call. My kids have been going here since they were babies and unfortunately I have to find somewhere else to take them.

Dr. Flores has cared for both of my sons since the day they were born. I appreciate him and everyone at Peds Day & Night for their excellent level of service and care over the last 7 years.

Dr Flores is awesome but the staff and customer service here is just awful. Left this practice because of it.
