Chapman's Family Dentistry

This is hands down the BEST dentist office in Georgia! The dentist and staff are so professional and friendly. The office is very clean and everyone is so knowledgeable about their job. Love this place!

All the front desk employees should be fired. Basically I’ve lived in this area for a year and a half and every time I need an appointment it’ll take me months to get someone to answer the phone and then if they actually do answer the phone then leave me on hold for so long that anybody would hang up like it’s so hard to get an appointment. I don’t understand what the problem is like. Do your job !answer the phone!Don’t leave people on hold forever. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

The lady on the phone was extremely rude and trying to discredit my pain. I was just trying to make an appointment. Also I asked her to not put me on hold after I’d been calling for weeks at different times of the day and keep getting left on hold. She kept putting me on hold again. Actually came back this time but was rude.

If you are looking for a dentist PLEASE come here! I was experiencing a dental emergency so I went to aspen dental in my town. They were no help. I found Chapman through my insurance and when I called to make the appointment, the guy who took my call was AMAZING! I was so upset and I’m so much pain when I left aspen so I was afraid to even see another dentist. But just from the call to schedule my appointment…I knew I was going to be in good hands. I drove AN HOUR to see them and guess what? Chapman family dentistry will be my new “forever” dental office because not only were they friendly but they were SO helpful. Also, I was gonna run out to grab my purse so I wouldn’t miss my dose of ibuprofen and the woman taking care of me gave me some so that I wouldn’t have to get up because she kne

Literally have called 48 plus times they actually answered 3 out of them asked me to hold, waited so long that it sent me to voicemail but it's full so it hangs up. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just don't understand.
