The staff is great! Everyone is helpful and kind. They treat my uncle like family I have known worries that they employ people who really understands and support people. Thank you for that. It's much appreciated.

** RUN, don’t even consider Chapel Manor or any Genesis facility - this is a place of ABUSE & tight knit cover-ups!!! *** My grandmother, deaf and disabled yet a very sharp-minded woman was struck TWICE in separate incidents by different nurses (!!!), because my grandmother was requesting help - and the most recent incident Janelle told my grandmother, “the pain is in your head” and struck her on the knee (!!!) I’ve called Adult Protective Services - my grandmother also told me administration officials of Chapel Manor and nurses here are “sticking together” and tried to come into her room to convince her that it was a “tap” and her knee wasn’t PUNCHED as my grandmother “ALLEGES”. I am a resident here.I want to thank Gary the administrator,Jackie the nurse,Melanie the nurse&all the staff that came to take care of us today during the snowstorm&for all they do for us everyday.Gary is a great administrator and we are so lucky and blessed to have him and many who work here.Gary really does care about all us and does a great job.He is always here to help us and everything he did for us today showed it even more and we appreciate it.Thank you to my regular nurses Sierra,Mony,Shannon,Sophie who are always here for us and make sure we have our medicine on time and are so caring.Chapel has so many great staff,Dawn and all activities staff,Lazarus who comes to do exercise,Dwayne who drives to appointments,Judy the hairdresser,Cna's,Nadia,Barbara,Rita,Deliverance/BooBoo,DayDay

Making the decision to place my husband in a nursing home was one of the hardest things that I have had to do. The staff at Chapel Manor eased my mind.... and I was not easy to deal with. My husband is not only well taken care of but loved! His eyes light up everytime he sees "his regulars" He makes it a point to show off "his ladies" to me. Thank you Chapel Manor!

Visited my long time brother and friend there, and found the establishment well managed, clean and friendly! I'm comfortable in that he will be well cared for!
