We’ve been seeing Dr Pawar at Chantilly Family Medicine for two years now. The staff are wonderful! We would recommend either office for pediatric and family medicine

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! I moved from out of state and came here for a simple physical and immunization record update. What I experienced was beyond unacceptable. The nurse staff were extremely rough—borderline aggressive—with my toddler while giving shots. No care. No compassion. Just careless handling of a child. On top of that, I was charged for forms that should have been billed to my insurance. I didn’t even get the forms until a week later, after calling three times and finally having to show up in person just to get them. Absolutely ridiculous. And the worst part? When I asked to speak with a manager or physician about my concerns, the physician loudly told the office manager—in front of everyone in the lobby—“I don’t have time for this, I can’t speak.” That’s how they h

The front desk and the physicians were great. They listen to you and take time to check you. They are very professional.

They do not even deserve a 1 star. Every bad review you read for them, BELIEVE IT. Please do not trust this place with your health. They are dirty, staff does not last, my daughter never once received a vaccination during the entire time I was with them, they continue to say I owe them my copay since 2023, I have called them so many times to pay this so called copay since I cannot fathom receiving another communication email from them and a man told me they always send receipts. Guess what!!! I pay and still no receipt!!!! I had to call them back and ask for it. We will see If I get it now. Someone please help these incompetent group of people.

It’s actually 0⭐️! Hey manager, It’s hot outside close to f90 and you keep it 80F inside the office???? Controlling it from your home???? lol Give me a break! Doctor couldn’t stay with us because she was too hot she had to leave… i am not talking she could care less whatever I was asking her… we had to leave door open because we couldn’t breath inside hit patient room. I have to say that this was the worse experience in my life! I feel sorry for stuff who work there! Nurse was very sweet hope she will find another place to work soon! That’s why doctors come and go, every time we show up it’s someone new. I need to find another place to take my kids. Absolutely the worse one! Can’t be that greedy!!! Have some respect for your employees and patients! 😡
