Chaney Family Dentistry

Dr. Chaney, Dr. Nick and the entire team at the Chaney's are amazing!!! Our family has been going to Dr. Chaney for 15 years. Our hygienist has cleaned our family's teeth for years and watched our children grow up. Dr. Chaney's team is wonderful with children, seniors and everyone in between. It is such a blessing to have a dentist you trust! I recently had a root canal and it was the first time I had Dr. Nick work on my teeth. Not only did he do a great job, he and hygienist were so helpful in calming my nerves and communicating with me! The office team is also amazing! No wonder it takes months to get into their office. Once people find them they never leave!

Dr Mark Chaney and his staff are the absolute BEST. As someone who has a major aversion to dentist (for good reason, long story), I was referred by a co-worker many years ago and always highly recommend him to others. He is an outstanding professional, thoughtful and kind during procedures, always checking-in to make sure of your comfort level and is considerate of the financial aspects. His staff has the same level of kindness and compassion and excellent skill.

I came in with an extensive amount of dental work that had to be done after years of chronic health issues. Dr. Chaney came up a treatment plan and did all the work in a reasonable amount of time and at the price he offered. Dr. Chaney is a skilled surgeon and the work was done with a minimal amount of pain. He genuinely loves his job and it shows.The staff is excellent and all have very good bedside manner. There are some quirks as this is NOLA, and the office moves at a very fast pace. All that said the combination of good bedside manner, effective work at the price he stated makes this one of my best interactions I have had with someone in the medical community in my entire life.

Dr. Chaney's office exemplifies professionalism from the front staff, to the hygienists to the doctors. Each staff member in the office is confident in their position and extremely friendly and accommodating. Both Dr. Chaney's (father and son) are superior dentists. The son Dr. Chaney even fit me in today after my routine visit for additional services and the outcome was amazing. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Chaney and his staff are wonderful. I started seeing him in 2007 when I moved to New Orleans, and stayed with his practice until I left New Orleans in 2014. Even after moving to Metairie, he was still worth the drive. My hygienist was Regina and she is as wonderful as Dr. Chaney. His support staff are very helpful, even watching my newborn as I had a cavity filed. I'm tempted to make the 6 hour drive back to New Orleans for my next cleaning ;)
