Chancy Drugs Valdosta

Are you looking for a new pharmacy? Look no further than Chancy Drug on Ashley Street. I have always have always been gifted with top notch customer service, but Friday Oct 10th was upper tier. My clinic was closing at noon, and dropped the ball on my prescription. I had just called it in around 9.30. I walk in at 9.49 and its still not there. I was assured that it was probably a slow system and they saw that it was submitted. At 10.49 I am now not confident things are good. Step in Patrick and he proceeds to make me his sole focus. (for context my clinic shut walkins down at 11.30). I dont know how many nurses hang around my clinic at 11.30 either. Patrick and I collaborate with phone calls, and we pushed my order through at 11.25. That my friends is why I am NOT leaving this pharmacy. <

These are professional people who know what they are doing!!!! Great staff! Friendly and helps you with anything! We love them!!!!! Always files our insurance right and that is so nice.

The Ashely Street location is fantastic! Dr. Candace Tidwell and her team are super friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help. It seems like I’m always their number one customer. The compound lab is excellent as well. LTC in Hahira does an amazing job with my dad too—they really take great care of him.

I enjoy how Chancys makes you feel like family instead of a prescription pick up number. The staff always goes above and beyond for myself and my family. They answer all our questions with no issues, and make sure we are comfortable with prescriptions we are prescribed . I’m truly thankful for the Valdosta CHANCY’s on Ashley !!!

I have been pharmacy technician for years. I have worked in retail, independent, and clinical settings, so I can tell you this review is very credible. With that being said, this pharmacy is amazing, and they ABSOLUTELY know what they are doing. If your insurance doesn’t require you to use one of the larger chain pharmacies, USE CHANCY’S! They make filling my g tube fed child’s medications so easy. It’s worth the 30 minute drive from Lakeland to Valdosta.
