I was under the impression that the office referring me to an oral surgeon had sent my records to the office they were referring me to. When I called the number and left a message with my information, I was not called back. When I called them the next day I was transferred to numerous offices to try to locate an oral surgeon. They do not seem to be available anywhere. Office personnel did not seem to know how to do anything but forward to someone else. The last person said the surgeon was at another location and I would have to try to get an appointment right there and then and at the location they were at. She also wanted to forward my call to that office. She then proceeded to hang up on me when I ask where to send my complaint to.

My husband is one of those "exciting" dental patients. Recently he damaged 3 teeth eating trail mix, of all things. Dr. Peterson has always been friendly, kind, and professional. I am a huge dental coward due to some bad experiences in the past and he has always gone above and beyond to make me feel at ease. He's the only dentist we'll use.

This location service is horrible. Long wait times. Office staff is not helpful. Dentist rushes to get off at 5/6, and he still has patients making you reschedule for whatever procedure you need after exam. Looking for a new dentist ASAP!

Been here under an hour. Service is terrible. Receptionist has an attitude with my girlfriend for no reason while over the phone asking for directions and more now that we are here. Trust me, there are better places to spend your money.
