Champion Creek Health and Rehabilitation

I attended their 6 month open house and am a local nurse. I was amazed at the luxurious atmosphere! There was a harpist and it had the feel of a warm welcoming hotel, sparkling clean, beautiful decor, fantastic high quality food, delightful staff. Residents were satisfied there and smiling. I love that they offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy and have a spacious area for this! Check it out! Good care is hard to find but it's here!

Absolutely beautiful place. I attended the 6 month celebration it was amazing. The food was above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was so friendly the private rooms were so nice and big. I wish my mom could have been here to be at this facility she would have been so happy. A good facility is hard to find. You can tell everyone genuinely cares.

Champion Creek is a beautiful addition to Medina County, and it’s been a pleasure getting to know their team over the past several months. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. This facility is immaculate and staffed by individuals who are professional, kind, and committed to resident-centered care. The team works hard to create a supportive environment for both residents and families. A solid choice for those seeking quality short- or long-term care.

Great place! Sixth rehab facility my wife has been at in Medina and by far, the best. She has received the best care, is monitored constantly, and served the best food. When she presses her call button, employees respond immediately. I have not found a single employee I wouldn’t hire if I were running a business. Employee attitude makes this facility a winner. All are on the same page. Caring for patients is the number one priority. I can go home every day at ease because I know she will be cared for properly and with respect!
