Chai Urgent Care Williamsburg - Brooklyn, NY

I have heard glowing reviews about Provider Yitzi Shollar PA-C but didn't get to see him in action till yesterday when I brought in a close friend of mine (who doesn't have a smartphone hence me writing the review). Anyhow was an amazing, caring and culturally compatible experience and the MA Ari was also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommending to others.

Amazing service! Dr Yitzi Shollar is a Very very good doctor, so nice , patient and validating! explained everything so clearly! staff was Fabulous , nurses were so nice! exceptional care! clean and neat facility with no wait time, highly highly reccomended

Around 9:20pm I sliced my finger pretty severely, to the point I seen beyond the white meat. Called Chai at 9:27pm just to assure they were open until 11pm as listed and to find out if they would see me with my condition or if I had to go to the ER. The receptionist assured they can treat my injury. Arrived, and was seen immediately… PA Yitzy (who might I add was AMAZING) his chair-side manner was impeccable, he showed such empathy, concern and did everything to make me comfortable, stay calm all while explaining and walking step by step throughout the process. (6) stitches and a bunch of blood later. Happy to say I made it!!!! Thank you Chai…N.W P.s Mr. Yitzy let me know they literally JUST reopened the location; mind you I never knew they closed in the first place 😂

What’s the point in saying you’re open until 12 AM all to be closed before 10 PM? A waste of my time and money here, and likely got me more sick as I waited in the cold. Also why are the windows completely covered? That is not appropriate. 0/10

It’s funny because I live next to the chai urgent near domino park and it was closed so I had to come to this one. The reviews for the other sister location closer to me were HORRIBLE and this one had an average of 4 stars. Can confidently say this location was VERY NICE. They were kind, fast, and helpful. As someone who often hates going to healthcare in NYC due to the demeanor of the workers while you’re unwell, can recommend this place.
