Chai Urgent Care - Staten Island

Had a great experience with the night shift at this urgent care center. They were caring and helpful. From the moment I hobbled through the door Katrina and Saniya were incredibly helpful and compassionate. Louis the PA took his time and truly assessed the situation and treated me as if he had known me forever. I would highly recommend this urgent care especially with this crew guiding you.

On January 01,2026, around 9:30pm my wife and I went to CHAI URGENT CARE, at the 1975 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY, because I wasn’t feeling well. I am a 70 years old and a veteran and We waited about 40 minutes and we told us to go into Room 1, we waited 20 minutes and I didn’t get a vital taken until Dr. Mohame came see me in Room 1, and examined then he called the clerk/nurse to take vital. After Dr./ PA MOHAMED examined me and diagnosed me telling me that I had Brochitis in where told that my medication was going to be at the Walgreens pharmacy in 30 minutes. I went to the pharmacy and CHAI URGEN CSRE didn’t sent my prescription ego the Walgreens pharmacy. Then I drove back to the CHAI URGENT CARE and I got there 11:30pm, to CHAI URGENT CENTER was closed but I saw a light on a

I went last night, had a rapid covid and flu test done. Both negative, next day rapid test was positive. The following day the test sent out is negative, so which is it. Canceled my new year plans, just dont understand

Last night I took my child to Chai Urgent Care because he was vomiting and having fever. They tested his temperature and it was 101.2 at that moment, they also test my child for flu and Covid-19, and sent us off right away… saying that results needed to send to the lab and it will take up to 24-48 hours. They did not prescribed my child any medication to help with his symptoms. Up to this hour (almost 19 hours later) of the day I still didn’t hear back from Chai Urgent Care. Of course my child kept having fever for the whole night long and this morning is up to 103, I took my child to City MD instead and his test result came out to be flu within 10 minutes and was prescribed with my medicine right away.
