Chai Urgent Care Mill Basin - Brooklyn, NY

Came to this location for a PCr for my family. I recently become positive for covid. We came to this location around 1:30pm noticed the line was not moving so we went to speak to one of the workers. They told us that they are done testing and told a person on the line at 1:20pm to tell everyone else behind them this. The sign on the door states finished testing at 2pm no one from the staff came back out while me or my family were waiting. So a worker comes out to argue with us. It’s the responsibility of the establishment not patients. His excuse was it’s a holiday and the girls have a party to goto. What kind of unprofessional behavior is that. As a person who works in healthcare this is by unprofessional. We have been here before on a Sunday and had a great experience. Today negates all

My daughter, Victoria Perina was seen and treated by a doctor named Noel. She has seen this doctor two weeks in a row and I would like to give him a good review because that only did he know what he was doing. He was very kind. I would highly recommend people coming here and being treated, because not only was he kind, but so was the rest of the staff. We have way too many other urgent cares prior to this past two weeks and never had such a good experience. Thank you again, Noel.

I’m so happy to have used their services. Starting from check in/reception (didn’t get her name so sorry), Medical Assistant Dion and Physician Assistant Gerald. They are all very professional, compassionate, empathetic and kind. Took the time to ask detailed questions. So you as the patient are able to answer appropriately and get to the issues on hand. I will definitely recommend this urgent care center even for primary care and wellness.

I was seen by a doctor named Noel. He had very good bedside manner. He knew what he was doing and had seen me two weeks in a row. He knew what medicine was good for me and I am not so easy to give medicine to because I am allergic to most antibiotics. He is a great doctor and the rest of the staff was terrific as well. I would continue to go back to this urgent care and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs the care. Thank you again to Noel and his Staff.
