Chai Urgent Care

I wasn’t feeling well after a rough night. I came to this urgent care and was immediately assisted by the kind staff who were quick to work and efficient all the while keeping a smile on their face. I was taken care of completely and got some advice to take home. I strongly recommend you try this exact location since the staff is unmatched in their knowledge and kindness. Additionally, the instructor over there Gerald is an honest and caring individual who truly made my body and mind feel better than before, he is an excellent instructor and highly recommended

Dr. Jerald is the best, most kind and caring heart person I have ever experienced as a patient in the medical field. He has a passion for looking to treat you in best way possible and to find the fastest and safest cure to your health issues. I cannot say enough about him and his professionalism and I hope one day he will have his own clinic to heal people with his rare way.... The nurse Ashley is always smiling and looking to help and making you feel comfortable in any situation as well as the entire staff whom are all humans that wearing heart on their sleeves... I truly recommend coming to this place!

I had an amazing experience here. The staff instantly made me feel welcome and helped me out so fast and well. The Nurse Ashley and Dr. Deedee are absolutely amazing, I even wanted to stay longer just to hang out with them lol. I’m extremely grateful for both of those two beautiful smart women helping me breathe again and basically saving my life. 10000/10 recommend this place and the staff.

***updating my review from 5 to 4 stars because i never received my test results or any callbacks... BUT - Was just there and wow - in and out! The receptionist registered me in a snap and the nurse and doctor were very kind, quick, and helpful to see what's going on. Although it perhaps may be NYC protocol but they did send me home without anything to take for the pain (another urgent care did give me an anti flammatory medication when i went to them for a similar situation...)

Excellent medical service and staff. I was able to make a same-day appointment, the doctor was very knowledgable, and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy for me. The staff is incredibly helpful; they actually care about your overall well-being!
