Chai Urgent Care

Came here bc a person I live with has Covid and my at home test was expired and didn’t work. Came here at 7pm and it was already closed.

I visited back in March, staff is very friendly, and service was adequate. However be very careful with Insurance! Although my insurance was accepted at the urgent care, they sent my labs to a company that is not covered by my insurance without my knowledge or consent and ended up getting charged a ridiculous amount of money for simple testing that is normally free with my insurance. Trying to get it straightened out after, the billing office here is not competent at all.

I went to this clinic and found it to be empty. I didn't know about this clinic before, but I was glad to have found it because CityMD down the block can get crowded. Since I was only getting shots, I wanted quick service. I was in and out within minutes. I'm planning to visit this clinic again to get the flu and COVID shots for my daughter and me. If you're looking for an alternative clinic to CityMD, this one is located up the block on the opposite side of the street and may be less crowded.

This place is a joke. I was sick and went there for treatment. They took multiple swabs that were never tested by the lab. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I literally called over 20 times for my results. They claim it was an insurance issue.

This is the first time I go there and the service was great. The front desk staff were super engaging and friendly. It was such an easy process, and I was out in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be going there.
