Had the most amazing experience here tonight. Walked in and was seen promptly. They had a xray center next door where you can go after referral yo take an imaging if needed. Clean facility and attentive care and service. The physician, Salami?, was very professional and caring. Ashley was welcoming and helpful at the front desk. Would recommended 10/10

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with this urgent care. Most recently, I walked there at 3 PM only to find it closed, even though their phone system said they were open from 1 PM. In the past, I also brought my child in at 11:15 PM when their advertised hours showed they were open until 12 AM. Despite arriving 45 minutes before closing, they refused to see us, stating that the provider had already left for the night. For an urgent care, patients should be able to rely on accurate hours and consistent care. Unfortunately, this location has failed at both.

I was there Sunday July 27, 2925 with my 15 month old baby. He was crying all day, really congested bad cough and cold. The nurse and PA was rude and very unhelpful. The dr refused to check his ears or chest, after begging she reluctantly checked his chest which was clear thank gd, but still refused to check his ears, I begged almost in tears but she said there was no "medical reason too"! I went the next day to my Dr and it was a bad left ear infection! Horrible service and Horrible bed side manners!

Worst urgent care experience I’ve ever encountered. I rarely leave reviews, save for the occasional note to help others steer clear of bad experiences. Front desk person was lackadaisical, tried to advise me on what to do when I tested positive for the flu and was calling back to speak to a PA who had left a message. He didn’t know how to reach her. He didn’t try. Would give this 0/5 if I could. Also the physical space was dirty and super worn out. Avoid avoid avoid.

It said they were open until 12 am. I went down at 11:15 in the freezing cold weather for a serious matter and they were closed. Very disappointing and not trustworthy
