I had to get my fixed retainer removed and Dr. Reddicks office was able to get me an appointment same day with no significant issues. Dr. Reddick himself had an extremely kind demeanor and was very helpful.

Great experience with Dr Rodrick and his team. Very professional, not to mention the classic video games in the waiting room. Only need to coffee there as well for the parents and others addicted to the glorious bean.

If you need to reschedule your appointments due to other necessary dental work, be warned: this office will remove you from their service. Even when rescheduling is unavoidable, they’ll tell you over the phone that they “understand,” but what they really mean is, “We don’t.” Let me break this down. My first cleaning appointment was delayed because I had an allergic reaction to the anesthesia—a situation entirely out of my control. By the time I realized I needed to reschedule, your office was closed for the day and the following day. Admittedly, I forgot to call back, but when your office contacted me, I immediately rescheduled and apologized for the inconvenience. Then came the next hurdle. It has been 6 months since I got Invisalign. It took about a year to finish my treatment and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Reddick and his staff are wonderful, caring, professional, and frankly passionate about providing people with great smiles. I am very happy with my brand new smile and will always return for any additional touch ups. Update: 01/30/2024 I’ve been wearing my night retainer ever since the treatment ended and my teeth have remained in place. I’m loving my smile and I return annually or when needed to Dr. Reddick. It's really easy to give this professional and office a 5-star rating. Dr. Reddick took the time to make an unscheduled adjustment to my retainer. The office staff could not have been kinder or more accomodating. The office is lovely, peaceful and calm. What a nice experience. And, no one in the office asked me to write a review -- I wanted to do it on my own.
