Competent professional, !ow pressure personality. Office is older building, but the trappings don't render services. Dr. Fox is very accommodating and personable. He maintains a low overhead, so his fees are affordable and he's not pressured to sell you something you don't need. If you want a slick marketing approach, then look elsewhere. However, if you want good service at a fair price by someone you can trust, then give Dr. Fox a chance to meet your needs. You won't regret it!

Dr Chad Fox was abviously in a bad mood when l came to visit recently. It was my first time visit and the visit was horrible. Dr Chad Fox was extremely rude. He didn't have the decency to identify himself and or greet me in a kind, professional manner. Instead he hurried me into the Audio room, started rattling about the fact that he is a third party, the insurance aspect of it all, told me to turn left and right, etc.. l asked him his name twice ( gave me only his first l had to ask for his last name too). I expressed my concerns for his abrupt, hurried behavior and he replied: that this is his personality, and if this bothers you l was welcome to leave. So l did. So disrespectful. An unnecessary evil.

Dr Fox is the best ear care professional you will ever find. I highly recommend him.
