Dr Kasey Lanier is wonderful! She truly cares for her patients. I encourage anyone with allergies to see her. You won’t be disappointed. The staff is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable as well. FIVE STARS!!!!

Dr. Lanier was very nice and thorough and we appreciated the extra time she spent with us. The way she talked to my 13yr old daughter was respectful and kind and helped her understand what was going on in her body. Thank you

The appointment was an initial assessment type of appointment. I shared my known allergy, asthma, and sinus challenges \ opportunities with Dr. Lanier. The assessment is ongoing, contingent upon obtaining my test results from other medical facilities. Dr. Lanier also provided a referral for my skin allergy. All-in-all, the initial appointment was excellent.

While the practice itself is fine, it's this particular office I find distasteful. From the front desk yelling out my business loudly enough for the entire waiting room to hear, not respecting the name I prefer to be called as opposed to my legal name (which I've noted and told staff MULTIPLE TIMES for months now), to sometimes the almost emotionless behaviour from the staff. It's early, I understand, but we're all adults, we're all tired, and I don't want to see the front seem so nonchalant and disinterested and uncaring. I'd rather drive the extra 30 minutes and go to the Alpharetta location, which I've done.

I am very conflicted about this practice. Dr. Lanier was knowledgeable and had a friendly, approachable demeanor. I would definitely recommend her. The issue is with the rest of the staff. Before I saw the doctor, a woman came in without introducing/ identifying herself but I assumed she was a physician's assistant who would note my symptoms and reason for visit. This is typical of every doctor's office. I told her what was going on, but she didn't document anything and also looked bored/ inconvenienced to be there. She told me I needed to do the allergy testing (which I said I didn't want to do since I know what is causing my reaction), but I ultimately agreed since she didn't seem to care. I was given a flimsy paper towel crop top to change into instead of a hospital gown, which is not
