Max, you are amazing and thank you for explaining the insurance process and the various nuances, your patience w/ my other insurance carrier and you recognizing my style. I can see clearly now the rain is gone! Please do NOT go to this location, Dr. Cerella Rainey is not a kind doctor, but rather a sassy queen. I do however think the rest of the staff are friendly, and the other locations have AMAZING doctors. This woman is the most selfish and heartless doctor I have ever encountered in so long, and her ego has gone to her head. There are MANY other locations that are great, and the other staff is decent. While I prefer not to go into detail about why I feel this way, trust me, turn the other way from Dr. Rainey, run away, and NEVER EVER look back. It is the clearest thing your vision could do for you. I am so grateful I found this out, sooner than later.

I would never go back to her she gave me wrong prescription thrice. I could barely see with the glasses she prescribed. I would never recommend her to anyone
