Got randomly billed by them again, well over a year after cancelling my services the first time & returning my equipment. Talked to a chat agent this time, who wouldn't give me a refund, and who claimed to have now officially cancelled my (already inactive) services for good. However I continue to get charged again. Now I've had to cancel it a third time over the phone. No idea if it will change anything but I'm about to file a chargeback with my bank if I don't receive the refund I was promised this third try. What is going on with your customer support Quantum? Totally inexcusable and a rip off!

I only gave one star is because I had to give one star. I had no internet connection ever since I had this crappy service for almost 3 weeks. I asked for an actual human technician to come to my house to look at the router they sent to me because it’s not working and I asked twice on 2 different appointments and they never send an actual person to your house they just send a text message say your internet connection looks good technician may not come in your house and that’s because there is no technician that will come to your house and I took off from work losing money because they only supposedly send techs out between 8AM-5PM lies lies all lies I’m canceling this crap today.

Have had no service since Friday (9/12/25), and today had a scheduled technician to come help (9/16/25). Was just contacted saying the technician was not able to access the service because nobody was home. Mind you I took the day off of work to wait for someone to not show up, and now I have to take another day off just in hopes that someone shows up again. Nobody knocked, nobody showed up, and now I’m somehow at fault.

This place is a joke. Customer for 8 years, they sold our service to quantum and shut our internet off at 9pm on a friday without so much as a phone call. Cant reach centurylink customer service and quantum cant restore our service for 10 days. Our family works from home and centurylinks asinine behavior is now putting our jobs at risk.

Abysmal customer service and the tech is somehow worse. The modem won't even tell you when it's broken. The green light will always be green, even if there is no internet connection. You cannot use their app. It is almost always not functional. You'll be hung up on. Transferred through different systems and eventually land in a call center in New Delhi. Their troubleshooting technique consist of turn it off and on. You will spend an hour on hold with zero background music. You will not receive any help. You will gain absolutely nothing.
