Century Skilled Nursing Care

I just drove by this place and saw three caretakers slamming an elderly lady who is clearly handicapped back into her wheelchair. My passenger said they struck her when we pulled off during the green light. I tried calling to report the incident but a busy tone comes up. If you have a loved one here or thinking about leaving one here, I’d reconsider and investigate. That was disgusting what I just saw. I hope those people reap what the sow one day, and the poor lady is okay……

Calling to get information. Simon is unhelpful. And he doesn’t listen. He cuts you off while you’re speaking on the phone. Ebony pretends her phone doesn’t work and she’s the receptionist. Don’t send your family here.

Very nice staff. My friend was there and when it was time for her to leave she didn't want to. She loved it at Century Villa. Everytime I asked for assistance regarding my friend Liz and Patrona were very helpful.
