The doctors themselves have been good in the past, but wait times are insane. And receptions lack of communication only makes it worse. I had a 10:45 appointment this morning and over an hour later I still haven’t been assisted.

My first time at this office was good. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They did a lot while I was there. I was not expecting to pay for parking $12 !! Other than that. I did make a return visit So yes I would return.

Since I first saw the doctor, I felt like I could trust him. He's the only doctor I see on time and I wouldn't replace him. Most of the girls who work at the front office are lovely and like to help.

The staffing excellent, couldn't be better, need more space, the Christmas tree should be taken down now, the floor in the EKG room should be kept cleaner, reception area also, other than that, I am pleased with the overall experience, looking forward to future visits, a staff member found me after I had left my cell phone in the bathroom, I am forever grateful, they do need more space. Kudos.

I travelled 100 miles - I needed a cardiology consult after recent surgery - and a friend of mine who was once a marathon runner recommended them. Their nurse practitioner Alison did a great job! It turned out that I probably don’t have a problem after all. PS: If you don’t want to drive in LA traffic, you have Amtrak and the metro (I used these). You can also use an airport shuttle and take a cab or ride share. I am attaching a selfie I took walking from my appt to the metro stop. I don’t like the way I look but the sunset is nice! Dr. Helmy - best in the long run - pun intended!
