My five star rave review is for the Dental part of this practice. I know nothing about the Medical side, beyond the fact that the desk was on my left when I was in the waiting room. Doctor Anguel Panev was the dentist I'd been waiting for, through sixty plus years of life. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and always willing to walk the extra fifty miles. He happily answered any and all questions I had and he made sure I was satisfied with the response. If he wasn't confident that I understood exactly what he was saying, he kept explaining until I got it. The support staff, starting with Jane, was always helpful and always there to make sure I had everything I needed. Review for Dmitry Khasak Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited significantly longer than the agreed time to be seen. There was no clear explanation or apology for the delay, which showed a lack of respect for patients’ time. Appointments should be honored as scheduled, especially in a medical setting. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone who values punctuality and efficient care.

I went here for a gyn appointment in December, I was told that my results would come back in two weeks and I would get a call. It’s been two months no call back and the “doctor” is never in her office. Needless to say this office is a joke. No I would not be coming back. They simply don’t care about your health.

I am not surprised by the reviews, the office’ office manager Stella, she didn’t tell her name when I asked by the way, was very rude and hang up on me. She didn’t tell her name so I won’t be able to complain about her unprofessional behavior. I had to call back and ask for her name. She is very unprofessional and rude. But I believe recording of calls should help to improve and train the staff. As they don’t know how to answer calls professionally. I have experience with other century medical and dental center locations, never experienced behavior like this.

The bathroom needs serious attention it smells like urine all the time. They need to use some bleach to help with the odor. Trying to contact them after 4pm all you get is office music and no one answer the phone. Next, as a new patient, it is not making you want to stay and continue to come to this practice. I trying to stay. Due to the connection with the PA Terri-Ann Reid. Lastly, the parking lot was not filled and the sign states that. This location has alot of red flags. Nothing posted letting you know the procedure for the parking for patient. Communication needs to be more effective. It nothing to clarify.
