Dr. Hamid Bamshad and his team are amazing! He really takes the time to listen to your needs and gives you feedback. Moreover, the staff is friendly and professional. The wait time was short. I am looking forward to my next appointment with the best dermatology specialists nyc!

The actual service was great and they addressed all of my health concerns. Unfortunately, they made me wait in their office for 45 minutes, and I was not seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They made me sign a piece of paper saying I’d have to pay them if I showed up late to an appointment, yet they are the ones shamelessly late. On principle, I cannot recommend. Unprofessional and insulting.

I can’t say much about the actual doctor because I waited over an hour and a half to be seen. I waited one hour in the waiting room and forty minutes in the exam room. I never saw the doctor and decided to leave. The office wasn’t busy and the receptionist was shocked when I told her I hadn’t been seen yet. Seemed pretty disorganized and was a total waste of my time. I do not recommend.

I booked Hamid Bamshad because another doctor did my checkup at Century Medical, and it went well. I came in for a routine skin screening. When he asked if I experienced acne, I said that I did, but only occasionally. Immediately, he prescribed me a soap for breakouts, which seemed strange because I didn't have any at the time, nor did I complain of them. I picked up the soap from CVS and used it only once, as it made my face raw and red, and decided not to use it again. A few weeks later, I received a letter from my health insurance: the soap he prescribed was "experimental" and not covered by my health insurance. Furthermore, the Century Medical office also submitted a record to my health insurance saying I had acne surgery and a chemical peel (which didn't happen, I'm not even sure wha
