We were very pleased; Dr. Yu helped my son recover from alopecia, and we also came to him when my child had very severe cracking skin on his hands, and that was also cured, which I am very happy about. The staff are very friendly and welcoming ❤️ We had been to other dermatologists, but their methods didn't help us until we came to this clinic.

I’ve struggled with alopecia for a long time and have seen many dermatologists, but Dr. Yu is the only one who has truly made a difference. He not only provides effective treatment but also takes the time to truly listen to his patients. He is thorough, attentive, and personalizes the treatment plan to ensure the best results. Thanks to him, I’ve finally seen real improvement, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I also want to mention Ruby—she is fantastic! She’s incredibly nice, and makes every visit smooth and comfortable. I had been coming here for myself and my 2 sons for over 3 yrs. The girls in the front are always courteous. Dr. Yu is a pretty knowledgeable derm. My kids have eczema and psoriasis. Both skin conditions are long term and permanent. The creams we were prescribed did indeed help clear their skin. One of my son recently received Dupixent. So far so good. I just rec a neighbor to come here. I was just here for a swollen knuckle they didnt heal well. It was painful. I was prescribed 2 creams and voile in 2 days, it flattened and no pain. Keep in mind, the office do get busy. I usually tell them to call me. I walk around. Wait time can be half hour or more. They really do their best to shorten the wait time. Also, I was never rushed or feel rushed. Most mds just talk to u for 10 mins and that

decided to give this clinic a try even with the questionable reviews since it was near my home. wanted an ilk injection for a cyst. came in 15 mins before my appointment to fill out registration forms, still waited for 40 mins. front desk did apologize at the end of my visit but it's not really their fault anyways. doctor told me my insurance requires prior authorization for an ilk injection and since it's my first time, he couldn't give me the shot and needed to do PA first. told me to come back in 3-4 weeks. i've worked in derm. i've gotten the shot before. my insurance plan has never required PA for the procedure. PA does not take 3-4 weeks. i've never been so speechless in my life.

Very radicules unethical office I have ever seen copayments have to be cash if under 25 dollars and since I don’t usually carry cash they cancelled my appointment welcome to corruption
