First visit was in July and it took 2months for the doctor to get me my prescription for ear drops as the one she wrote to CVS was out of stock. Second visit after 2months I was informed on arrival that core pay is cash only.Who carries cash in this day and time.Front desk can call and send reminder emails but can't tell payments is cash only over email or phone. Front desk needs to step up its game. Clinics in 3rd world country where I come from have more professionalism and clarity compared to this one. May God bless this clinic. Authorities need to look into their operation so people coming in don't suffer with their attitude.

Worst clinic in America!! If it wasn't for my mother being in dire need of receiving treatment with her current insurance, I would change clinics in a heartbeat. I wish with all my heart that they close this clinic down and they fire everyone here. I'm not sure if I can but if I am able to I will file a lawsuit against this clinic for negligence!!! They seem fully staffed at the front desk but no one has any idea what they're doing and can never answer any of my simple questions. Waste of tax dollars and state and county funding!! No sense of urgency while my mom is sitting at home dying slowly from triple negative breast cancer and no one here knows what's going on and can't even figure out ehat a surgical oncologist is if their life depended on it. Doctor was nice during my first appointment. The office staff not keeping up with authorizations or referrals. I'm not sticking with doctor I do not like. They referred me to a horrible ob/gyn. Overall, staff not doing their job and have to keep calling back. I am Looking for another primary care. Medical assistants need more training on how to keep up with paperwork and customer service. They just lost a patient which means loss of money for their clinic. Great job workers!

Honestly, I don’t understand why there is bad reviews. The reviews are what was scaring me away from wanting to come here but my experience was the complete and total opposite of all these bad reviews. Minus the parking situation, I loved that this is now my new primary care doctors office. The nurses and front desk ladies were all are very respectful and friendly. My doctor was very friendly and understanding as well. My blood was drawn and the nurse who did it was very gentle. Very clean place! No long wait either (I did have an appointment). I genuinely have nothing negative to say.

their office is dated they're always trying to schedule you with some physician's assistant calling them a doctor. and their examination rooms are less than nice coupled with inexperienced medical assistance and phlebotomist you cannot draw blood without pain
