Centre Pediatric Associates, PC

We've had Centre Pediatric as our pediatrician, specifically Dr. King and Caroline, since newborn. They were recommended by my OB. It's relatively easy to get in for a sick appointment or to be seen on the weekend/ holidays if there is something urgent. They are professional and responsive to messages/ phone calls, as well as requests for health forms, etc. Highly recommend Virtual Expectant Parents Information sessions for any new parents looking for a ped.

I have an excellent pediatrician in Dr Gaffin, an extremely attentive and kind physician. Unfortunately however the front desk supervisor has an extremely belligerent behavior pattern and repeatedly has displayed open antagonistic behavior extending to compromising continued patient care. I would have loved to continue care with Dr Gaffin upon my return to Boston but this individual continues to prevent the same. I would strongly recommend that the clinic look into such behaviors which can deter patients from approaching the very physicians that the clinic constitutes.

Centre Pediatric provides exceptional pediatric care to its patients. When my child received her diagnosis, the Doctors and staff at Centre Pediatric went above and beyond to ensure she received the best possible care. They were available after hours and took the time we needed to discuss her treatment options. We always felt like a prioritized patient, and I am confident this is the standard that Centre Pediatric offers to all its patients.

There no words to describe how much Centre Peds means to me and my family! We started at this practice when living in Brookline and have continued care for my 3 children there even having moved to Neehdam. Our providers- Dr. Ma and Lauren are caring and thoughtful. I can’t imagine going elsewhere for my family. Dr. Ma visited my son in the NICU and the comforting feeling of a familiar face to answer questions and provide reassure will not be forgotten. Although the practice is large your family still feels valued, important and recognized.

This place is so toxic! You have a weak and soft director in Chelsea! You have a conniving employee in whinney! You have a new employee whom is actually really good and the only good part of this practice! Then you have Dianne the supervisor! My god this lady won't shut up! The violation of both hippa and osha like legit she tells all the patients business out loud it's crazy! Asking extremely personal questions, she was talking outloud about disliking the new girl with whinny and how they should set her up to get her fired by removing stickers off clients folders after she signs them in, tampering with her computer and personal belongings, having her do all the work and leaving early for her to struggle on her own.
