I had a very disappointing experience at this office with Jessy Dewey. I went in for what I thought would be a straightforward visit for a spider bite. The appointment was brief, and while the doctor made a small incision to examine it, there was no discussion that this would be treated and billed as a separate surgical procedure. I was later surprised to see the visit categorized in a way that significantly increased the cost beyond a typical specialist consultation. At no point was this explained to me beforehand. The visit also felt rushed and somewhat disorganized, which added to my frustration. Greater transparency around billing and clearer communication would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I left feeling blindsided and would not recommend this office.

Dr. Dewey is awesome! He did a really great job and made the whole process super easy. He explained things in a way that made sense and actually took the time to listen. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone in St. George looking for a good dermatologist.
