Central Pediatric Dentistry

The doctors there always find excuses to push you to take your child to the hospital for tooth extraction, even though my kid is actually very well-behaved.They wasted patients’ time.

I called to make an appointment for my two kids and the receptionist asked had I been there before and I said no. she proceeded to tell me that they do not accept first time visits. I asked what and why and she abruptly placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. I knew she was never going to answer again so I hung up and called back and they have never not once answered my calls again. I don’t understand why I was treated this way. I’m suspect that the service provided to you depends on your demographic.

I made an appointment here for my 1 year old son's first dental visit. The office is spacious and clean; I wasn't even sure if I was actually at a dental office when we first stepped out of the elevator. We went on a weekday morning and this seems like the best time--it wasn't busy; he was seen pretty much as soon as we got there and had all the paperwork sorted out. We really wanted to stay in the waiting room for a bit longer...it was like we had a whole movie theater to ourselves and he had a great time running around. It is normally a struggle to brush his teeth at home so it was expected that he did not take his cleaning well. Our visit to Central Pediatric Dentistry with both my kids was an awesome experience. The waiting area with the big screen tv was clean and spacious. The receptionist was very kind to me as I asked questions about the paperwork. My kids were able to play around in the area with no issue which is a big plus! They called my kids in to take xrays and explained to me that I can wait outside or stay in with them. After the xrays were done, they went to get a cleaning and were watching movies on the TV . The dentist came and introduced themselves(that is very important because some places you don't know who you are speaking to or with) I was told that one of my child had cavities and explained how it would be done and why. Both of my children age 5 and 1 like this dental office. Both Dr. Chan and Dr. Tang are professional and patience. They always explained to us my children situations and gave their best recommendations👍. Receptionists and doctor assistant are friendly and welcoming. Office is always clean. Children are calm here under the nice environment. The big TV and toddler sofa chairs are big plus. They are good with appointment, almost no wait time. Strongly recommended!!!🤗
