CENTRAL PARK DENTISTRY OSAGE

Been going to them for many years. My son lost a permanent tooth, have been getting a Invisalign retainer. Last time kids and I went for a dental cleaning the hygienist said we could do a prior authorization through my primary insurance to see if it could get approved, since I had 2 insurances, they could see if it could be covered through the primary since the secondary doesn’t cover the retainer. I said yes please try, and if it doesn’t get approved through the primary, I’ll still pay for the retainer, hygienist said ok. Long story short. Came back a month later. Other child got cavities filled, son got scanned for the retainer. Went to check out, they were to have done the PA from a month ago. No one knew anything about it, girl was looking at computer back and forth all confused like…

I usually try and stay with the same dentist so moving here I was a bit skeptical. I must say that I'm very impressed and glad to have picked this dentistry. Very polite and awesome members. The dentist himself knew exactly what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable thru the whole process. They even called the next day to see how I was doing! I'm from Texas and never have I had that happen. So yes I highly recommend and don't think you will find better services anywhere else.

I love Central Park Dentistry. I was excited for the Osage location to open due to the proximity to home. It is just as nice as the downtown Mason City site! I'm so happy you were able to make use of the old Emerson building in Osage. CPD will be an excellent addition to the area. Alissa always does great work and Dr.Hansen is excellent as well. If you are looking for dental office closer to home I'd highly recommend you give CPD a try!
