I had a really positive experience with Central Optical. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and everything was handled very efficiently. My glasses were ready when promised, and the reimbursement paperwork was taken care of quickly which made things much easier for me. Tennille was especially great — she was very knowledgeable and helped me find frames that look and feel perfect. Overall, the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.
