I was referred to Dr Crofton to get my wisdom teeth extracted and was nervous about the procedure. I was immediately put at ease by his staff’s treatment. From the initial consultation to the day of the procedure, they were nothing but helpful and reassuring. The procedure itself was so smooth I could’ve returned to work that same afternoon, I was that comfortable immediately afterwards. I will refer all my friends and family who need oral surgery care to Dr Crofton and his office from now on.

I was referred here by my dentist to have Dr. Crofton remove an impacted wisdom tooth. Everyone here is really nice, from the front desk to the nurses assisting the doctor. No complaints there. I was quite disappointed that after returning home from my extraction, I noticed one of my fillings had been knocked out and no one told me (which I was expecting could happen and we spoke about it beforehand). When the office called to follow up, I asked about this, and the doctor called me to discuss. He was asking questions regarding my care when I had just been there! Like he didn’t know who I was or what my circumstances were. I would have expected he look at my information and become familiar with me as a patient before returning my call to address my concerns. Dr. Loughner and the staff are absolutely fabulous. Dr. Loughner took the time to explain all about my condition to me and the options for treatment. The staff is very helpful and really care about their patients.

I was scheduled for oral surgery but when a toothache presented itself I called the office. The receptionist was very empathetic and told me to come in the next day. She said she would do her best to try to squeeze me in between other patients. I was there no longer than 15 minutes and Dr Crofton was able to see me. He along with his assistant where very kind and professional and made my experience fast, painless and as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this office for your dental care needs. Thank you to Dr Crofton and all the staff who were able to accommodate me two weeks earlier than my scheduled appointment for surgery.
